We offer consulting services, including discovery calls and paid consultations.
Scheduling is available through Wix Bookings; consultations may occur via Zoom.
Payments are processed via Wix Payments.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling services or completing intake forms.
You are responsible for ensuring you meet any technical requirements for virtual meetings.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of booking for paid consultations.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refund.

4. No Guarantees

Consulting services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and intellectual property are owned by AJS. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information confidentially and will not disclose details of consultations without your consent, except as

required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
